When the real estate market started going down, so did Litchfield by the Sea Condos. Litchfield by the Sea is the only larger resort in the Litchfield/Pawleys Island area. The resort features restaurants, a Starbucks, a gym, private beach access, a spa and more. So its no wonder why it is so popular.

Litchfield by the Sea foreclosures though have been few and far between but they have become more common.
